Things I though should have brought me purpose, didn’t. . It’s easy to play a role that others have assigned you, or that you’ve allowed them to. I spent the first half of my life showing up asking “what am I supposed to do? Just tell me what to do”. Even in my creative acts, I lacked real purpose. I wasn’t taking ownership over my own creativity. . What I’ve found is the best purpose is in redeeming your own story for the benefit of others. Leveraging your creativity to help others. It’s not about being clever.
