A daily creative
practice changed my life.
Now it shapes everything I make
and everything I share.
I’m Mike Brennan, artist and creative guide. I help people reconnect with themselves through the power of creative practice.
The Work
Drawn from real moments.
Built through daily practice.
What began as one small daily commitment became a body of work and a way of life. Every piece is part of an ongoing practice rooted in curiosity, connection, and showing up. The art is proof. Proof that creativity isn't something we visit. It's something we practice, and who we become in the process.
The Practice
Creativity didn't leave. I did.
For nearly ten years, I stopped making art.
Burnout eventually turned into depression, and I lost connection with a part of myself that mattered deeply. I didn't come back through inspiration. I came back through practice.
One piece a day slowly became a way of life. The image above is 14 years of daily creating. That practice shaped my art, books, speaking, workshops, and the way I guide others today. Because creativity isn't just about making things. It's about reconnecting with yourself. And that's changed everything.
Explore the work. Practice the life.
